• Skill level (if provided)

• Date of birth (optional)

Match and tournament data

• Match scores
• Match history
• Tournament participation
• Team information
• Player statistics
• Rankings and leaderboards

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Verify your mobile number using OTP
• Create and manage your account
• Organize tournaments and matches
• Display player profiles and statistics
• Maintain leaderboards and rankings
• Synchronize your match history
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
• Provide customer support

3. Information we share

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only:

• With trusted service providers (such as OTP delivery and cloud hosting providers)
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the security, rights, or property of DSA Corp and its users

4. Public information

Some information is visible to other users of the app, including:

• Display name
• Profile photo (if uploaded)
• Match results
• Tournament participation
• Team names
• Player statistics
• Rankings and leaderboard positions

Your mobile number is never displayed publicly.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

6. Data retention

We retain your information while your account is active.

If you delete your account, we permanently remove or anonymize your personal information immediately. See section 8. Some non-identifying match, tournament, and statistics records are retained to preserve the integrity of completed tournaments, rankings, and other players' shared match history.

7. Your choices

You may:

• Update your profile information
• Change your profile photo
• Delete your account
• Contact us regarding your personal information

8. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your ScoreMyGames account at any time from the profile menu (Delete Account, below Logout), or from our account deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion applies to your entire account across every sport and takes effect immediately. It cannot be undone.

When you delete your account:

• Removed: your name, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender, and profile photo; saved teams and favourites; notification history; and OTP verification records.
• Released: your mobile number is freed for a new account, which will not inherit any of your previous history.
• Anonymized, not deleted: completed matches, tournaments, and statistics you were part of are retained so other players' history and tournament records stay accurate. Your name is replaced everywhere with "Deleted Player" and your mobile number is no longer shown. You are removed from search and the global leaderboard.

9. Children's privacy

ScoreMyGames is not intended for children under the age of 13 without parental or guardian consent.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

10. Third-party services

ScoreMyGames may use trusted third-party services to provide features such as:

• OTP verification
• Cloud hosting
• Analytics
• Crash reporting

These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page and within the app, and will become effective upon posting.
